My name is Carly Runia Red— This site began for one of the behavioral health companies my husband and I founded in 2012, now known as Noble.Health.
I was the blog’s primary contributor and editor but now the company, as a whole, has grown beyond our imagined boundaries and I now use this space to publish my own stuff.
My favorite people in life include my guy Eric, our 4 offspring— missing our oldest who’s currently living in The Netherlands — and mine and Eric’s large extended families. After living in Portland, Oregon for much of our married life, we are back nestled beneath the Greater Rocky Mountains.
