My name is Carly Runia Red— This site began as a blog for one of the behavioral health companies my husband and I founded in 2012, now known as Noble.Health.

I was the blog’s primary contributor and editor but now the company, as a whole, has grown beyond our imagined boundaries— and I now use this space to publish my own stuff.

My favorite people in life include my so charming spouse Eric, our 4 feisty offspring and mine and Eric’s large extended families. After living in Portland, Oregon for much of our married life, we are back settled by our families amidst the Greater Rocky Mountains.
